Founder, President and CEO
In her former role as Assistant Deputy Minister of Health and Executive Officer of Ontario Public Drug Programs, Helen oversaw Ontario's $4 billion drug program. She led the most significant prescription drug reforms in two decades – Bill 102 – which saved Ontarians an unprecedented $1.5 billion over five years. Helen also led many of Ontario's drug system initiatives, including the Citizens' Council, Drugs for Rare Diseases Framework, MedsCheck, and the Ontario Narcotics Strategy. Helen is a former Trustee of the Auto Sector Retiree Health Care Trust and Chair of the Governance Committee, a former Governor of the Board of North York General Hospital, and former director of the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation.
She has a BComm (McGill University), MSM (Boston University Brussels), ICD.D designation.
Chief Operations Officer
Kaitlin is an experienced business development leader and growth expert who previously worked in commercial finance and treasury for two major Canadian banks. Kaitlin has a proven track record in building significant ROI for companies across a multitude of sectors, including financial services, supply chain, marketing and technology.
Kaitlin completed the Marketing Business Management program at McMaster University and did undergraduate studies at Ryerson University.
VP Finance & Business Operations
Andreea is an accomplished finance leader with over a decade of experience. Prior to joining Reformulary Group, she served as the Head of Finance for a venture-backed technology company, where she was responsible for overseeing all financial operations.
Andreea began her career in investment finance, working for industry leaders OMERS and Brookfield, where she focused on venture, growth, and infrastructure assets. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Principal Engineer
Farzad has over 10 years of experience in development operations, architecture design, and software development, and has proven his passion for technology and skills in creating new solutions that benefit many people. His previous experience as a medical doctor gives him a unique perspective in understanding the needs of those that benefit from the Reformulary and related products on daily basis.
Formulary Manager
Silvia was Office Manager at Pharm-In in Slovakia where she provided medical translation expertise in addition to more general executive level administrative support. Her experience also includes various administrative positions within the Public Service Alliance of Canada.
Manager, Data Analytics
Kelvin graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) from the University of Pretoria South Africa. Before moving to Canada, he was employed as a Quantitative Analyst for one of the “Big Four” banks in South Africa, specializing in credit risk. Kelvin has completed Levels I and II of his CFA exams and he plans to register for Level III in the near future.
Sr. Customer Success Manager
Charles has a background in managing accounts and client projects, setting the foundation for a great customer experience. He is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of account management, project management, and customer experience.
Charles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently an MBA candidate (’24) with the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.
Pharmacy Associate
A licensed pharmacist, Payal brings her passion for patient care and pharmacy expertise to our team. Throughout her pharmacy training, she was dedicated to providing exemplary patient care.
Payal has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from University of Waterloo and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Toronto.
Business Analyst
Saad completed his Bachelor of Computer Science with a minor in Business from Carleton University in Ottawa. He is an analytics and performance-based team member with hands-on experience in business intelligence (BI) solutions design, development and implementation.
Office Administrator
Amanda has an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Through these years of university, she has acquired a critical and analytical thought process that has been essential for the development of problem solving strategies.
