Founder, President & CEO
In her former role as Assistant Deputy Minister of Health and Executive Officer of Ontario Public Drug Programs, Helen oversaw Ontario's $4 billion drug program. She led the most significant prescription drug reforms in two decades – Bill 102 – which saved Ontarians an unprecedented $1.5 billion over five years. Helen also led many of Ontario's drug system initiatives, including the Citizens' Council, Drugs for Rare Diseases Framework, MedsCheck, and the Ontario Narcotics Strategy. Helen is a former Trustee of the Auto Sector Retiree Health Care Trust and Chair of the Governance Committee, a former Governor of the Board of North York General Hospital, and former director of the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation.
She has a BComm (McGill University), MSM (Boston University Brussels), ICD.D designation.

Pharmacy Associate
Marine is a pharmacist with over 10 years of experience, primarily in hospital settings in France. Her career includes roles in the pharma industry, at the French HTA agency, and internationally with a humanitarian organization. She brings strong clinical expertise and a passion for patient-centered care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support evidence-based decision-making.
Marine holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Public Health from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 in France.

VP Finance & Business Operations
Andreea is an accomplished finance leader with over a decade of experience. Prior to joining Reformulary Group, she served as the Head of Finance for a venture-backed technology company, where she was responsible for overseeing all financial operations.
Andreea began her career in investment finance, working for industry leaders OMERS and Brookfield, where she focused on venture, growth, and infrastructure assets. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Executive Assistant to CEO & Office Administrator
Gulfem brings her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to our team. With a strong background in administrative support, she is committed to enhancing executive productivity and efficiency.
Gulfem holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Molecular Biology and Genetics, and has worked as a research assistant at both the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and Cognitive Psychology Memory Lab in Famagusta, Turkey.

Sr Customer Success Manager
Charles has a background in managing accounts and client projects, setting the foundation for a great customer experience. He is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of account management, project management, and customer experience.
Charles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.

Data Scientist
Dean has experience in the healthcare and financial services. Prior to joining Reformulary Group, he worked as a data analyst for the CanChild Centre for Childhood-Onset Disability Research and as a business analyst at the Bank of Montreal.
Dean holds a MSc in Statistics and BSc in Mathematics and Statistics (MSc), from McMaster University.

Legal counsel (fractional)
Michelle has over 12 years’ experience providing strategic, solutions-oriented legal advice to diverse stakeholders, including the federal government, biotech companies, technology developers, among others. She spent most of her career to-date at Global Affairs Canada, defending Canada in investor-State disputes under the NAFTA and as one of the primary lawyers for the 2018 NAFTA renegotiation.
Michelle holds common and civil law degrees from the University of Western Ontario and University of Ottawa, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa.

Senior Formulary Manager
Silvia was Office Manager at Pharm-In in Slovakia where she provided medical translation expertise in addition to more general executive level administrative support. Her experience also includes various administrative positions within the Public Service Alliance of Canada.

Senior Data Engineer
Mitchell is an experienced data engineer in the healthcare space, having previously worked at Unity Health Toronto in AI and machine learning optimizations alongside its data science and advanced analytics team. Mitchell also spent time at the Bank of Canada. He has an MA in Economics from Queen's University and BA Economics (Honours) from the University of Alberta.

Principal Engineer
David brings more than two decades of experience in full stack software engineering and solution architecture. He has led teams through complex technical initiatives across both startup and enterprise environments. David specializes in designing and implementing secure, resilient, and scalable cloud-native systems - particularly platforms built on event-driven data workflows.
David studied software engineering and mathematics at the University of Toronto.
