Some international travel restrictions easing July 5 for fully vaccinated people with proof
As of July 5th, Canadians and permanent residents who are fully vaccinated with a Health Canada-approved vaccine and who received their 2nd dose at least 14 days prior to entering Canada will be able to enter the country without needing to quarantine. Travelers are instructed to electronically submit COVID-19 related information to the newly released ArriveCAN app prior to landing, meet testing requirements and have a quarantine plan should they not be approved for the exemption. The new rules do not apply to foreign nationals entering Canada.
