Health Canada has final data needed from Moderna to make a decision on vaccine
Health Canada has received the final documentation necessary to make a decision on approving Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine candidate. The agency is reviewing the materials as quickly as it can, and the Massachusetts-based company has indicated it can begin shipping to Canada within 48 hours of regulatory approval. Canada placed an initial order of 20 million doses with Moderna and recently exercised an option for an additional 20 million.
